The Prophet ﷺ forbade a man from putting on his sandals while standing.
حدثنا علي بن محمد حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عبد الله بن دينار
نهى النبي ﷺ أن ينتعل الرجل قائما
[Its chain of transmission is daif] though Busiri graded it sahih. Sufyan Thawri is a mudallis, and he narrated it with "an" (indicating possible concealment), as noted previously, h: 162. The hadith has a corroborating narration in Tirmidhi, h: 1776, but it contains Qatada's narration with "an" as well. The hadith is daif through all its routes, and whoever graded it sahih was mistaken.
