Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith, chapter "The Proof for Groups of Muslims Entering Paradise Without Reckoning or Punishment," no. 220, from the hadith of Husayn, as an interrupted narration (mawquf). Tirmidhi also narrated it in the Book of Medicine, chapter "What Has Been Said Regarding the Permission for That," no. 2057, from the hadith of Shubah, from Husayn, as a continuous narration (marfu). The hadith has very many corroborating narrations.
