The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Truffles are a kind of manna, and their juice is a cure for the eye. The Ajwa date is from Paradise, and it is a cure from Paradise."Ali bin Maymun and Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Raqqiyan narrated to us, saying, Saeed bin Salama bin Hisham narrated to us, from Amash, from Jafar bin Iyas, from Abu Nadra, from Abu Saeed Khudri, from the Prophet ﷺ, something similar.
[Hasan] Ahmad narrated it (3/48) from the hadith of Asbat bin Muhammad, with the same wording. Zuhayr bin Muawiya and Abu Khaythama corroborated him (Sunan al-Kubra by Nasai, no. 6674, 6675), as did Jareer, and Busiri graded it hasan (no. 6674, 6675).Amash was corroborated by Shuba (Tuhfat Ashraf 3/189, no. 2281, if this is not an error), and Shuba narrated it from Abu Bishr, from Shimr, from Abu Hurairah, with the same wording, abridged, and its chain of transmission is hasan.
