The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When your servant brings your meal to you, seat him and let him eat with you. If he refuses, then offer him some of it."
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن نمير حدثنا أبي حدثنا إسمعيل بن أبي خالد عن أبيه سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا جاء أحدكم خادمه بطعامه فليجلسه فليأكل معه فإن أبي فليناوله منه
Sourcing, sahih. Tirmidhi transmitted it, Foods, chapter on eating with the servant and family members, hadith 1853, from the hadith of Ismail, through this route, and he said, hasan sahih. Ismail used "an" without specifying, as mentioned before, hadith 1612, and Yahya bin Saeed Qattan transmitted it from him. Its narration has many corroborating reports, see the following hadith.
