Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

On the day of Khaybar, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade eating any predatory animal with fangs and any bird with talons.

Darussalam

[Its chain of transmission is daif]Abu Dawud reported it in the Book of Foods, Chapter on What Has Been Said Regarding Eating Beasts of Prey, hadith no. 3805, from the hadith of Ibn Abu Adi, and it contains a defect. The preceding hadith renders it unnecessary.
