Bukhari narrated it in "Beginning of Creation", chapter "If a fly falls into the drink of one of you, let him dip it..." etc., no. 3323, and Muslim in "Sharecropping", chapter "The Command to Kill Dogs and Its Abrogation, and the Prohibition of Keeping Them"... etc., 43/1570, from the hadith of Malik with this wording, and it is in Muwatta (Yahya): 969/2.
