قلت يا رسول الله ما تكون الذكاة إلا في الحلق واللبة قال لو طعنت في فخذها لأجزأك
Its chain of transmission is daif.It was narrated by Abu Dawud in Dhahaya, chapter on the slaughter of an animal that has fallen (Fi Dhabihat al-Mutaraddiyah), 2825, from the hadith of Hammad through this route. Tirmidhi said in 1481, gharib. Ibn Jarud graded it sahih in 907. Abul-Ashra is hasan al-hadith, but Bukhari said regarding his hadith that there is doubt about his name and about his hearing from his father. It has a daif corroborating narration in Haythami, 34/4.
