Ikrima reported,

Ibn Abbas commented on the verse "the devils inspire their allies" [Anam 6:121], saying that they used to tell people, "Do not eat what has had the name of Allah pronounced over it, but eat what has not had the name of Allah pronounced over it." So Allah said, "And do not eat of that over which the name of Allah has not been pronounced" [Anam 6:121].

عن ابن عباس {إن الشياطين ليوحون إلى أوليائهم} قال كانوا يقولون ما ذكر عليه اسم الله فلا تأكلوا وما لم يذكر اسم الله عليه فكلوه فقال الله عز وجل {ولا تأكلوا مما لم يذكر اسم الله عليه}
