We were with a man from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called Mujash, from the tribe of Banu Sulaym. Sheep became scarce, so he ordered a caller to announce that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, "A young sheep suffices for what a mature one suffices for."

كنا مع رجل من أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ يقال له مجاشع من بني سليم فعزت الغنم فأمر مناديا فنادى أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يقول إن الجذع يوفي مما توفي منه الثنية
