[Hasan] Reported by Abu Dawud, Sacrifices, Chapter on What is Recommended in Sacrificial Animals, no. 2796, from the hadith of Hafs, as such.Tirmidhi said, no. 1496, hasan sahih ghareeb, we do not know it except from the hadith of Hafs.I did not find an explicit statement of his having heard it, as mentioned previously, no. 1114, and his hadith has a corroborating witness in Muslim, no. 1967, and elsewhere.
