The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat at Mina on the Day of Sacrifice to attend to the people. A man came to him and said, "Messenger of Allah, I shaved my head before slaughtering."He replied, "No harm done."Then another came and said, "Messenger of Allah, I slaughtered before stoning."He replied, "No harm done."He was not asked that day about anything done out of order except that he said, "No harm done."
[Sahih] Busiri graded it sahih. Usamah graded the hadith hasan, and Qays bin Saad corroborated him (Nasai's Kubra, no. 4105, though its chain contains a scribal error, and its isnad is hasan). Bukhari mentioned it as a suspended narration, no. 1722, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1012.
