He used to perform the five daily prayers at Mina, then he would inform them that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do the same.

[Its chain of transmission is hasan] Abdullah al-Umari's narration from Nafi is strong, as mentioned before, j: 1299, 366, but Malik differed from him and narrated it as a stopped report. His hadith has corroborating narrations in Muslim, kh: 1218, and elsewhere.
