The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The barrier between the jinn and the private parts of the children of Adam, when one enters the lavatory, is to say, 'Bismillah.'"

قال رسول الله ﷺ ستر ما بين الجن وعورات بني آدم إذا دخل الكنيف أن يقول بسم الله
[Its isnad is daif] Tirmidhi reported it in the Book of Jumuah, chapter of what was mentioned about saying Bismillah upon entering the toilet, no. 606, from Muhammad bin Humayd, with the same chain, and said, "Gharib, and its isnad is not that strong." Abu... Ishaq narrated with an'anah, as mentioned earlier, no. 46. The hadith has corroborating narrations, all of which are daif.
