Zayd bin Khalid reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever equips a fighter in the cause of Allah will have a reward equal to his, without diminishing anything from the fighter's reward."

Sahihحدثنا عبد الله بن سعيد حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان عن عطاء
عن زيد بن خالد الجهني قال
قال رسول الله ﷺ من جهز غازيا في سبيل الله كان له مثل أجره من غير أن ينقص من أجر الغازي شيئا
[Sahih]. Tirmidhi narrated it in Fadail al-Jihad, the chapter on what has been said about equipping a fighter, hadith 1630, from Abdul-Malik with this chain, and Ibn Hibban declared it sahih, hadith 1619, as did Ibn Khuzayma, hadith 2064, while Ibn Madini criticized it for a break in the chain between Ataa and Zayd bin Khalid 
.Bukhari narrated it, hadith 2843, and Muslim, hadith 1895, and others, from the hadith of Busr bin Saeed from Zayd bin Khalid with this chain, conveying a similar meaning.
