Ibn Majah 2725

[Sahih] Bayhaqi narrated it, 6/234, from the hadith of Sharik (the judge) through this route, and Busiri said, "This chain is daif due to the weakness of Layth bin Abu Salim and his practice of concealment in transmission, and it has another flaw as well." Abu Dawud narrated it, no. 2895, with a hasan chain, from Burayda , that the Prophet ﷺ granted the grandmother a sixth share, when there was no mother closer to the deceased than her, and Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, no. 960.Abu Muneeb Ataki's hadith is hasan, as stated in Nayl Maqsud, no. 636.
