Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would perform ablution with a mudd of water and bathe with a saa.

Its isnad is sahih. Abu Dawud narrated it in the chapter on Purification, in the section on how much water suffices for wudu, hadith no. 92, from the hadith of Hammam through the same chain.
