Mughira bin Shuba reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the blood-money is to be paid by the killer's paternal male relatives.

Muslim narrated it in "Qasama and Warfare," chapter "The blood money for the fetus and the obligation of blood money in unintentional killing and killing resembling intentional killing being upon the perpetrator's paternal relatives (aqilah)," hadith 1682, from the hadith of Mansur, with this chain.
