The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever comes to own a close relative within the prohibited degrees of kinship, that relative is set free."
حدثنا راشد بن سعيد الرملي وعبيد الله بن الجهم الأنماطي قالا حدثنا ضمرة بن ربيعة عن سفيان عن عبد الله بن دينار
قال رسول الله ﷺ من ملك ذا رحم محرم فهو حر
[Hasan] Tirmidhi transmitted it, Rulings, the previous chapter, no. 1365, without a chain of transmission, from Damrah, and he said, "Damrah is not corroborated in this hadith." It is a mistaken hadith according to the scholars of hadith, and the previous hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
