The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted Khaybar to its people on the basis that they would receive half of its date palms and land.

[Sahih] Ahmad narrated it, 1/250, from the hadith of Hushaym with this chain. Its isnad is daif due to defects, and Busiri graded it daif, but the previous hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
