A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "I gave my mother a garden of mine, and she has died leaving no heir but me."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Your charity is confirmed, and your garden returns to you."

جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ فقال إني أعطيت أمي حديقة لي وإنها ماتت ولم تترك وارثا غيري فقال رسول الله ﷺ وجبت صدقتك ورجعت إليك حديقتك
[Its isnad is sahih]Ahmad reported it: 2/185, from the hadith of Ubaydullah (bin Amr Raqqi), through this route. Busiri said, "This isnad is sahih up to Amr bin Shuayb, and for those who accept Amr bin Shuayb's narration from his father from his grandfather as valid, the isnad is sahih according to them."I say, the majority accepted his narration as valid, as I have established in a dedicated section, and this is mentioned in the takhrij of Musnad Humaydi.
