It was narrated by Ibn Abu Hatim in his Tafsir (2/570), by Abu Dawud in Nasikh wal-Mansukh, and by Tabarani, and through his route by Mizzi in Tahzib Kamal (folio 863/2), from the hadith of Muhammad bin Marwan, with this wording. Ibn Kathir strengthened it in his Tafsir. This is a personal judgment from Abu Saeed Khudri , and Allah knows best.
