[Its chain is daif]. Reported by Abu Dawud in the chapter on optional prayers, the section on those who permitted them, etc., h: 1278, and Tirmidhi, h: 419, from Ahmad bin Abdah, through the hadith of Qudama, with the same wording, and he said, "Gharib." Ibn Husayn is majhul (per Taqrib), and the preceding hadith serves in its place.
