Its isnad is hasan. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Business Transactions, chapter on severity regarding that, hadith no. 3400, from the hadith of Abu Ahwas, through this route. Tariq bin Abdul-Rahman was deemed reliable by the majority, and his hadith does not fall below the level of hasan.
