I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Measure your food, and you will be blessed in it."
حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا إسمعيل بن عياش حدثنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن اليحصبي
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول كيلوا طعامكم يبارك لكم فيه
Bukhari narrated it in Tarikh al-Kabir 1/151 from the hadith of Ismail (and others) through him, and its isnad is hasan. It has corroborating narrations in Bukhari's Sahih (hadith no. 2128) and elsewhere. See the following hadith.
