Checking, its isnad is daif and mudal. Tirmidhi narrated it in the Book of Business Transactions, chapter on the dislike of buying singing girls, hadith no. 1282, with a sahih chain of transmission from Ubaydullah bin Zahr Afriqi, from Ali bin Yazid, from Qasim, from Abu Umama, with a different wording, which is the preserved version. See hadith no. 228 for its defect. It has daif corroborating narrations in Tabarani and elsewhere.
