The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Those who make images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection. They will be told, 'Bring to life what you have created.'"
حدثنا محمد بن رمح حدثنا الليث بن سعد عن نافع عن القاسم بن محمد
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إن أصحاب الصور يعذبون يوم القيامة يقال لهم أحيوا ما خلقتم
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Tawhid, Chapter: "The Statement of Allah Most High, 'And Allah has created you and what you do'... etc.", hadith no. 7557, from the hadith of Layth bin Saad, through the same chain.
