[Its chain is daif] Abu Yaala narrated it, no. 5587, from the hadith of Abu Muawiya, who said, "Bashar bin Kidam narrated to us," with this wording, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih in Mawarid, no. 1175.Bashar is daif, Abu Zura and others graded him daif. Hakim narrated, 4/303, 304, from Ibn Umar, who said, "An oath is only a cause of sin or remorse," and he graded it sahih, but it contains Ahmad bin Sahl Bukhari, a teacher of Hakim's, for whom I found no biographical entry.
