The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The divorce of a slave woman is two pronouncements, and her waiting period is two menstrual cycles."
حدثنا محمد بن طريف وإبراهيم بن سعيد الجوهري قالا حدثنا عمر بن شبيب المسلي عن عبد الله بن عيسى عن عطية
قال رسول الله ﷺ طلاق الأمة اثنتان وعدتها حيضتان
Its isnad is daif. Daraqutni recorded it (4/38) and others did as well, from the hadith of Umar bin Shabib through this route. Daraqutni said, "Umar bin Shabib alone narrated it as a raised hadith, and he was daif. The correct version regarding Ibn Umar is what Salim and Nafi narrated from him as his own statement, not as a saying of the Prophet." It also contains another defect. See hadith no. 37.
