The Messenger of Allah ﷺ swore an oath of abstention from his wives and declared what was lawful to be forbidden. So he made the lawful unlawful, and prescribed an expiation for the oath.
حدثنا الحسن بن قزعة حدثنا مسلمة بن علقمة حدثنا داود بن أبي هند عن عامر عن مسروق
آلى رسول الله ﷺ من نسائه وحرم فجعل الحلال حراما وجعل في اليمين كفارة
Its isnad is daif. Tirmidhi narrated it in the chapter on divorce, the section on what has been said about ila, hadith 1201, from Hasan bin Qazaah, through this route.Maslamah is truthful (saduq), but he narrated munkar hadiths from Dawud bin Abu Hind according to the majority of scholars. Ali bin Mushir (trustworthy) and others contradicted him, narrating it from Dawud, from Shaybi, through this route, as a mursal report, and this is the preserved version.
