A man from the Ansar married a woman from the tribe of Banu Ajlan. He consummated the marriage and spent the night with her. In the morning, he said, "I did not find her to be a virgin."The matter was brought before the Prophet ﷺ, who summoned the Jariya and questioned her. She replied, "Yes, I was indeed a virgin."He then ordered the two of them to perform the mutual oath of condemnation, and he gave her the dowry.

تزوج رجل من الأنصار امرأة من بلعجلان فدخل بها فبات عندها فلما أصبح قال ما وجدتها عذراء فرفع شأنها إلى النبي ﷺ فدعا الجارية فسألها فقالت بلى قد كنت عذراء فأمر بهما فتلاعنا وأعطاها المهر
Its chain of transmission is daif. Ahmad narrated it: 1/2061, from Yaqub bin Ibrahim through this route. Busiri said, "There is weakness in its chain due to the tadlis of Muhammad bin Ishaq." See also, no. 1209.
