My husband divorced me three times as he was leaving for Yemen, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ upheld it.

طلقني زوجي ثلاثا وهو خارج إلى اليمن فأجاز ذلك رسول الله ﷺ

[Its chain of transmission is very daif] Muslim narrated it, in the Book of Divorce, chapter "The Definitively Divorced Woman Has No Maintenance," hadith no. 45, 43/1480, and others narrated it through various routes from Shaybi with similar wording, but without his statement "so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ approved that."
