[Its chain is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Marriage, chapter on a man consummating marriage with his wife before giving her anything, hadith no. 2128, from the hadith of Sharik, with this wording. Sharik used ambiguous transmission ("an"), as mentioned before, hadith no. 149, and Khaythama did not hear from Ayesha 
.
