Usama tripped over the threshold of the door and his face was cut open. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Remove the harm from him." She found it repulsive, so he began sucking the blood from him and spitting it away from his face. Then he said, "If Usama were a Jariya, I would adorn him with jewelry and clothe him until I made him desirable for marriage."

عثر أسامة بعتبة الباب فشج في وجهه فقال رسول الله ﷺ أميطي عنه الأذى فتقذرته فجعل يمص عنه الدم ويمجه عن وجهه ثم قال لو كان أسامة جارية لحليته وكسوته حتى أنفقه
Takhrij, its chain is daif. Ahmad recorded it in 6/139, 222 from the hadith of Sharik through this route. Sharik narrated using "an," as noted before under no. 149, and Mujalid, who is daif, corroborated him, as noted before under no. 11. There is also some discussion regarding Bahi's hearing from Ayesha.
