The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every matter of importance that does not begin with praise of Allah is cut off from blessing."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة ومحمد بن يحيى ومحمد بن خلف العسقلاني قالوا حدثنا عبيد الله بن موسى عن الأوزاعي عن قرة عن الزهري عن أبي سلمة
قال رسول الله ﷺ كل أمر ذي بال لا يبدأ فيه بالحمد أقطع
[Its isnad is daif] Recorded by Abu Dawud in the Book of Manners, Chapter on Guidance in Speech, hadith no. 4840, from the takhrij. The hadith of Uzai contains Qurra, who has been criticized, and the eminent, reliable narrators contradicted him. Zuhri narrated it with an'ana. Previously mentioned, no. 707.
