Ayesha reported,

Praise be to Allah, whose hearing encompasses all voices. The woman who pleaded came to the Prophet ﷺ while I was in a corner of the house complaining about her husband, and I could not hear what she was saying. Then Allah revealed, "Allah has indeed heard the statement of the woman who pleads with you concerning her husband" [Mujadilah 58:1].

عن عائشة قالت

الحمد لله الذي وسع سمعه الأصوات لقد جاءت المجادلة إلى النبي ﷺ وأنا في ناحية البيت تشكو زوجها وما أسمع ما تقول فأنزل الله {قد سمع الله قول التي تجادلك في زوجها}
