The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Marriage is part of my way, so whoever does not act upon my way does not belong to me. Marry, for I will boast of your numbers before the other nations. Whoever has the means, let him marry, and whoever does not find the means, let him fast, for fasting will be a shield for him."
