The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On what is watered by the sky and springs, a tenth is due, and on what is irrigated by drawing water, half a tenth."

قال رسول الله ﷺ فيما سقت السماء والعيون العشر وفيما سقي بالنضح نصف العشر
Reference sahih [hasan]. Tirmidhi reported it in Zakat, chapter on what has been said regarding charity on what is irrigated by rivers and other means, hadith 639, from Ishaq bin Musa, through this same chain.
