When the last ten nights of Ramadan began, the Prophet ﷺ would spend the nights in worship, tighten his waist-wrap, and wake his family.
Bukhari transmitted it in the chapter on the merit of Laylat al-Qadr, section on working during the last ten nights of Ramadan, no. 2024, and Muslim transmitted it in the chapter on itikaf, the aforementioned section, no. 1174, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, by this same route.
