"Did you hear the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention anything about the Haruriyyah?"He replied, "I heard him mention a people who devote themselves to worship to such an extent that one of you would consider his own prayer insignificant compared to theirs, and his fasting insignificant compared to theirs. They will pass through the religion the way an arrow passes through its prey. The archer takes his arrow and examines its iron head but sees nothing on it, then examines its shaft but sees nothing, then examines its notch but sees nothing, then examines its feathers and is left in doubt as to whether he sees anything on them or not."

هل سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يذكر في الحرورية شيئا فقال سمعته يذكر قوما يتعبدون يحقر أحدكم صلاته مع صلاتهم وصومه مع صومهم يمرقون من الدين كما يمرق السهم من الرمية أخذ سهمه فنظر في نصله فلم ير شيئا فنظر في رصافه فلم ير شيئا فنظر في قدحه فلم ير شيئا فنظر في القذذ فتمارى هل يرى شيئا أم لا
