The Prophet ﷺ said, "Two months of celebration never fall short, Ramadan and Dhul-Hijjah."
حدثنا حميد بن مسعدة حدثنا يزيد بن زريع حدثنا خالد الحذاء
عن النبي ﷺ قال شهرا عيد لا ينقصان رمضان وذو الحجة
Bukhari recorded it in the Book of Fasting, chapter "Two months of the two festivals are never deficient," no. 1912, from the hadith of Khalid, through him, and Muslim recorded it in the Book of Fasting, chapter "Explaining the meaning of his saying, 'Two months of the two festivals are never deficient,'" no. 1089, from the hadith of Yazid.
