Reported by Abu Dawud, Funerals, chapter on women visiting graves, no. 3236, and Tirmidhi, Prayer, chapter on the dislike of taking a masjid over a grave, no. 320, from the hadith of Ibn Juhadah, with the wording, "The Messenger of Allah cursed the women who visit graves and those who take masjids and lamps over them," and he graded it hasan.
