حدثنا عبد الله بن عامر بن زرارة وسويد بن سعيد قالا حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الأعمش عن أبي وائل
صليت ذات ليلة مع رسول الله ﷺ فلم يزل قائما حتى هممت بأمر سوء قلت وما ذاك الأمر قال هممت أن أجلس وأتركه
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Tahajjud, in the chapter on lengthening the standing in night prayer, hadith 1135, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of the Prayer of Travelers, in the chapter on the recommendation of lengthening the recitation in night prayer, hadith 773, from the hadith of Amash, through this same chain.
