Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan reported,
The Prophet ﷺ looked at Talha and said, "This is one of those who has fulfilled his vow."

[Hasan] Reported by Tirmidhi, tafsir of the Quran, chapter "And from Surah Ahzab," hadith no. 3202, from the hadith of Ishaq through this route, and he said, "It is isolated." Hakim graded it sahih, but Dhahabi challenged him on this.Ishaq bin Yahya is daif (Taqrib). It has a hasan route in Tirmidhi, hadith no. 3203, where he said, "Hasan and isolated."
