I asked Anas bin Malik about the qunut, and he said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the qunut after the bowing."
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا عبد الوهاب حدثنا أيوب
سألت أنس بن مالك عن القنوت فقال قنت رسول الله ﷺ بعد الركوع
Bukhari reported it in Witr, chapter on qunut before and after ruku, hadith no. 1001, and Muslim in Masajid, chapter on the recommendation of qunut in all prayers etc., hadith no. 677b, from the hadith of Ayub through this route.
