Abdul-Aziz bin Jurayj reported,
We asked Ayesha, "What did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite in his witr prayer?"She replied, "In the first rakah he would recite 'Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High' [Ala 87:1], in the second 'Say, O disbelievers' [Kafirun 109:1], and in the third 'Say, He is Allah, the One' [Ikhlas 112:1] along with the two surahs of refuge."

عن عبد العزيز بن جريج قال
سألنا عائشة بأي شيء كان يوتر رسول الله ﷺ قالت كان يقرأ في الركعة الأولى بسبح اسم ربك الأعلى وفي الثانية قل يا أيها الكافرون وفي الثالثة قل هو الله أحد والمعوذتين
[Its isnad is daif]. Abu Dawud narrated it in Witr, chapter on what is recited in Witr, no. 1424, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Salama with this wording, and Tirmidhi graded it hasan, no. 463.Khaseef was graded daif by the majority in respect of his memory, and Abdul-Aziz bin Jurayj is similar, and he did not hear from Ayesha
