When the Prophet ﷺ prostrated, he would say, "O Allah, to You I have prostrated, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. You are my Lord. My face has prostrated to the One who shaped its hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the best of creators."
حدثنا علي بن عمرو الأنصاري حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد الأموي عن ابن جريج عن موسى بن عقبة عن عبد الله بن الفضل عن الأعرج عن عبيد الله بن أبي رافع
أن النبي ﷺ كان إذا سجد قال اللهم لك سجدت وبك آمنت ولك أسلمت أنت ربي سجد وجهي للذي شق سمعه وبصره تبارك الله أحسن الخالقين
Muslim narrated it in the book on the prayer of the traveler, chapter on the prayer of the Prophet and his supplication at night, Hadith 771, through another route from Araj with it, at length. In the original it says "from Abu Rafi", and I have corrected it from Tuhfat Ashraf and other sources. Ibn Jurayj stated explicitly that he heard it directly, as found in Ahmad, 119/1.
