Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave the closing salutation of the prayer, the women would rise as soon as he finished his salutation, while he himself would remain seated for a brief moment before standing up.Ibn Shihab said, "I think, and Allah knows best, that he remained seated so that the women could leave before any of the men departing caught up with them."

كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا سلم قام النساء حين يقضي تسليمه ومكث يسيرا قبل أن يقوم قال ابن شهاب فأرى والله أعلم أن مكثه لكي ينفذ النساء قبل أن يدركهن من انصرف من القوم
