The Prophet ﷺ said, "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones, on the forehead," and he pointed with his hand to his nose, "the two hands, the two knees, and the tips of the toes, and we are not to tuck up our clothes or hair."
حدثنا معلى بن أسد قال حدثنا وهيب عن عبد الله بن طاوس عن أبيه
قال النبي ﷺ أمرت أن أسجد على سبعة أعظم على الجبهة وأشار بيده على أنفه واليدين والركبتين وأطراف القدمين ولا نكفت الثياب والشعر
