The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are three people Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them.A man who swears about merchandise that he was offered more for it than he actually was, while he is lying.A man who swears a false oath after the afternoon prayer in order to seize the wealth of a Muslim through it.And a man who withholds surplus water. Allah will say to him on the Day of Resurrection, 'Today I withhold My bounty from you, just as you withheld the surplus of what your own hands did not produce.'"
حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد حدثنا سفيان عن عمرو عن أبي صالح
عن النبي ﷺ قال ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة ولا ينظر إليهم رجل حلف على سلعة لقد أعطى بها أكثر مما أعطى وهو كاذب ورجل حلف على يمين كاذبة بعد العصر ليقتطع بها مال امرئ مسلم ورجل منع فضل ماء فيقول الله يوم القيامة اليوم أمنعك فضلي كما منعت فضل ما لم تعمل يداك
