A man embraced Islam and then reverted to Judaism. Muaz bin Jabal came while the man was with Abu Musa, and he asked, "What is the matter with this one?"Abu Musa replied, "He embraced Islam and then turned to Judaism."Muaz said, "I will not sit down until he is killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Messenger ﷺ."
حدثني عبد الله بن الصباح حدثنا محبوب بن الحسن حدثنا خالد عن حميد بن هلال عن أبي بردة
أن رجلا أسلم ثم تهود فأتى معاذ بن جبل وهو عند أبي موسى فقال ما لهذا قال أسلم ثم تهود قال لا أجلس حتى أقتله قضاء الله ورسوله ﷺ
